CLAIMS AND RETURNS

Claims for Shortages
If your order is missing any items, contact us within three days of delivery. Send a written claim to sales@dynamicfireworks.co.uk, including your consignment number and details of the missing items and photos of the fireworks and packaging. We will work with our couriers to locate the missing products or arrange a replacement or credit.

Damaged Goods
If any items arrive damaged, take photographs and notify us immediately at 01206 762123 or sales@dynamicfireworks.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement, collection of the damaged items, or a refund.
