FIREWORK DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our standard delivery typically takes 2–3 working days from dispatch and may take up to five days for certain areas in Scotland and Wales. For orders required by 5th November, deliveries begin in early October to ensure we have sufficient time to resolve any potential issues. Please note, if the courier attempts delivery and no one is available to receive your order, additional re-delivery charges will apply. Firework delivery costs are higher than usual delivery services due to strict regulations required to transport them safely. As fireworks are classified as explosives, they cannot be sent via regular couriers. Only a limited number of companies in the UK are licensed to deliver them, which increases costs. Courier charges typically range from £45.00 to over £100.00, depending on the delivery location and weight of the order, with many couriers also applying a hazardous goods surcharge. We subsidise as much of these costs as possible to reduce the amount you pay. Please see the delivery cost for your area below:

There is NO DELIVERY CHARGE if you select the IN-STORE PICKUP option at checkout. However, you must arrange to visit one of our showrooms to collect your order in person. To do this, complete the Order Comments section during checkout or contact us separately. Remember to bring the credit/debit card used for payment along with a valid form of identification.  

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery Days and Times Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during standard working hours. Please ensure someone over 18 years old is available to sign for the order, as proof of ID may be required. If no one is available, re-delivery charges will apply. Checking Your Order Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt and sign only for the number of items delivered. This ensures any issues, such as missing items, can be resolved promptly before your event.  

CLAIMS AND RETURNS

Claims for Shortages If your order is missing any items, contact us within three days of delivery. Send a written claim to sales@dynamicfireworks.co.uk, including your consignment number and details of the missing items and photos of the fireworks and packaging. We will work with our couriers to locate the missing products or arrange a replacement or credit. Damaged Goods If any items arrive damaged, take photographs and notify us immediately at 01206 762123 or sales@dynamicfireworks.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement, collection of the damaged items, or a refund.

Product Information & Substitutions All fireworks comply with the European Standard EN15947 or UKCA Marking and must be used according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Buyers must be at least 18 years old, as it is illegal to sell or possess fireworks under this age. All purchases must be paid in full at the time of order; we do not offer sale or return options. Prices are subject to change without notice, and firing times are approximate. While we aim to keep our website up to date, occasionally, products may be out of stock. If this happens, substitutions of equal or greater value will be provided. Consumer Protection Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you can cancel your order within seven days of receipt. Notify us in writing to arrange a return. Please note that a collection and return fee will apply, at the full cost of the return. In-Store Pickup Choose the in-store pickup option at checkout for free delivery. You can collect your order from one of our showrooms by bringing the credit/debit card used for payment and a valid ID.
