Fireworks near Bury

The same rules apply across Greater Manchester as the rest of the UK. Consumers aged 18 or over can buy Category F2 and F3 fireworks without a licence, covering cakes and barrages, rockets, Roman candles, fountains, compounds and low noise fireworks.
